Designed to fit a passport perfectly, this wallet will make a great everyday companion on all international adventures. In addition to the passport, this wallet conveniently holds cash and a couple cards as well. Made to last with our full grain vegetable tanned leather, solid brass rivets, and hand stitched with waxed linen thread.
Another feature not often mentioned by others but one we take seriously is edging. When you first cut vegetable tanned leather the edges are very rough. Many makers round off the edges and call it a day. We take it a step, actually four steps, further. After rounding off the edges by hand with a beveler, we lightly sand and cover with some saddle soap to soften. Then it’s ran through a burnisher to smoothen out the leather fibers. Once completed the leather edge is dyed and coated with our custom blend of oils and beeswax and ran through the burnisher again. When completed, our edges are nice and smooth to the touch. It makes our products look great, and also protects the leather over time from the elements.
